I have been taking blood pressure pills which causes severe constipation. I tried even lots of fiber but never helped. Then I tried Jello which is really helping me now.

Go buy a book called “younger next year” and read it. Exercise 5 days a week. Ease into it SLOWLY…eat right,take a multivitamin AND a B-complex vitamin every day. B-Vitamins will convert food into energy and will help keep you more active, and the weight will slowly come off. Plus you will sleep better! I used to have blood pressure readings of 150/100!! Now I am at 122/81 area and feel great! Good luck!
