Don’t forget to establish good vitamin D levels, along with adequate calcium levels because these are all co factors that enable themselves and other essential nutrients.i.e. You must have vitamin D to get calcium to get boron,zinc,magnesium, etc.
As an example in the 1970s the University of Toronto published a study that said the minerals, chromium and vanadium cured type II diabetes. So people ran to the store to get these two minerals and began to take them expecting a cure for diabetes. But–they didn’t work… Why? Because Chromium and vanadium require 23 co factors to become effective. Co factor issues are also why many other supplements don’t work. i.e. Lowered levels of magnesium are worsened by taking high does of calcium. Even moderate levels of vitamin C block the absorption of vitamin B12, and consistently high Vitamin C levels inhibit calcium and have been shown to cause cancer.
