Get your doctor to prescribe suppositeries or buy anusol and use those. Good relief and piles go away for a long time. Bbut they will come back if you do heavy lifting or some vigorous sports.

I work in a pharmacy and the pharmasist swears by this great remedy.
take a jug of baby wipes(un-scented)and add half a bottle of witch hazel and you have natural wipes and I also found that it works for bug bites by taking the pain away quickly.
