Vitamin E oil can cure/help nearly any non-serious skin issue, like bags under the eyes, inflammation, light scars, cuts, bruises, 1st and 2nd degree burns, and sunburns. I’ve had it for years and have chronic skin issues, so this is my Jesus Juice!

I have had eczema for 25 yrs. and have always used expensive hydro-cortizone cream. But for the last 3 yrs. I have been using hydrogen peroxide on a cotton pad over the affected areas and it totally keeps it away by using the peroxide every day. It may take a few days to get it under control but once it is you will be fine.

Apple cider vinegar and honey. One teaspoon of apple cider Vinegar, one teaspoon or half tea spoon of honey in about a half cup of water. I give it to my 1 year old who had extreme case of eczeema and Asthma and it helps both. His skin is clearing up. Also you Coconut oil.

1. Avoid chemical cleaners, detergents, etc. Use only vegetable-based soap (such as Dr. Bonner’s) for cleaning clothes, skin, dishes, etc. Most household cleaning can be done using vinegar and baking soda.
2. Lavender essential (NOT FRAGRANCE) oil on breakouts cools and soothes.
3. Virgin coconut oil can be rubbed into skin as a moisturizer. It can also be consumed to help correct hormone imbalances.
4. Eat lots of oily fish, healthy oils, avocados, etc.
5. Fo-ti (recommended by my herbalist) to cleanse the blood, liver, kidneys, and other internal systems. Other good (although smelly and unpleasant-tasting) include burdock root, yellow dock root, and dandelion (whole plant)

avoid petroleum and parabens in products. I wash clothes in an all natural detergent. All name brand laundry soaps are petroleum based. I also use JASON lotion which is paraben free. I take a fish oil supplement every day.

Go fragrance free. I have a fragance free household. We discontinued used of all fabric softeners, perfumes, scented detergents and soaps. We use unscented Dove, Unscented Lotion will colloidial oatmeal, and All Free and Clear laundry detergent. It works and decreases the incidences of breakouts and itchy rashes.

I cleared my eczema with a good dose of sunshine. The uv light has healing properties, but, must be used cautiously as too much too soon can cause other problems, particularly in fair-skinned people.
