D-mannose It is a sugar when taken, the e-colli bacteria live on it and are attracted to it . they are drawn to it and then flushed out in your urine. It works , my preachers wife even tried it on her dog ,and she said he started urinating again, she said it was music to her ears, no more vet bills, its worked for me and others can find at Iherb.com or health nuts, I have’nt taken it in a while and have been on antibitics for something else this week and tonight all of a sudden could go I have been taking it for about 3 hrs and I can go again,thank god , I probably should have taken more probiotics and it would not have happened ,but the D-mannose has worked, I can go to bed ,not the E.R>

Baking soda in water is good. (1ts to 8oz of water). Plus drink as much water as you can.

Vitamin c also very good.

How could I leave without mentioning a mixture Honey and Cinnamon Power in a glass of water! It works

3 Tablespoons vinegar in 4 oz glass add water, drink down and then chase with another glass of water.(do this morning and night for 2 to 3 days) does not taste good but put acidity into you urine to kill bacteria. Also can use liquid silver (1 tsp twice a day) and liguid acidophilus (2 tsp twice a day and reduce to 1 tsp on 3rd day). Can find at healthfood store. Repeat for 3 to 4 days and then take cranberry pills for 3 to 4 days.

All these things sound great,only nothing works for me but antibiotics. I’ve tried the natural route and the infection spread to one kidney.

Grapefruit Seed Extract … 3 drops in juice 4 x a day for the first two days then 3x for at least 2 weeks. Lots of water. 2 tbls. Apple Cider vinegar in warm water with a tblsp of honey 3x a day. For kidney pains….. take whole nutmeg and grate it ( must be whole not powder form) heat about 1/4 glass of milk to strong lukewarm, add 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg, and drink, you will feel ease in urinating in a short while, repeat a few times if necessary

Cranberry capsules…..Right when I feel a Bladder infection coming on, I take 2 capsules and in about 15 minutes its back to normal! : 0 )

At first feelings of pain take:
4 425 mg Juniper Berries capsules
2 500 mg Cinnamon capsules
2 Oil of Oregano capsules
2 Olive Leaf capsules
2 Probiotics two to three hours apart. This usually knocks it right out for me however if I’ve waited too long until painful urination, I have to take this every two-three hours for the first day. Day two, go down to 2 Juniper Berries and 1 Cinnamon, 1 Oil of Oregano, 1 Olive Leaf and 2 Probiotics with 2 500 mg. Apple Cider Vinegar capsules. I also take two of my spices from the cabinet, Thyme and Oregano and make a tea sweetend with honey and sip on it all day.

Kidney Flush
3 ounces of Pineapple Juice
3 ounces of Tonic Water
1 Tablespoon of Black Cherry Juice (Best if purchased at Health Food Store)(Kroger also has a good brand of natural Black Cherry Juice)
1 pinch of Nutmeg
1 pinch of Cinnamon
1 or 2 Cranberry Pills
This taste very good and it works. It helps to break up stones and the Black Cherry Juice helps Gout too. (You can take a cranberry pill with this Kidney Flush to help bladder problems.
